7-Day Support-First Refund Policy
Applies to all digital products sold on annle89.com. Same policy across FE and all upgrades.
We want every buyer to have a smooth experience. Because all products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we have a clear and fair refund policy that protects both buyers and our business.
When a Refund May Be Issued
- Technical Issues — You experience a genuine problem accessing, downloading, or opening any files and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Significant Misrepresentation — You believe the product was materially different from what was described on the sales page. Requests are reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
When Refunds Are NOT Provided
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Not reading or using the product
- Expecting guaranteed results, income, or outcomes
- Failure to read the product description before buying
- Personal preference — "I didn't like it" or "it wasn't what I expected"
- Lack of technical familiarity with DOCX or TXT files
- Downloading the full product and then requesting a refund (anti-abuse policy)
- Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute before contacting support first
How to Request a Refund
Contact Support First
Email support@annle89.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Do not open a dispute before contacting us — most issues can be resolved directly.
Allow Time to Respond
Response time is typically 24–48 hours on business days (UTC+7). We will review your request and respond with next steps.
Resolution
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through WarriorPlus or PayPal. Processing time depends on the payment platform — typically 3–5 business days.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in the dispute being contested and future purchase access being restricted. We take abuse of the payment dispute process seriously.
