  • Personal preference ("I didn't like the style" or "it wasn't what I expected")
  • Downloading all files and then requesting a refund
  • Filing a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting support
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window

Refund eligibility applies individually to each product purchased. If you purchased an upsell or bundle, each component is evaluated separately based on the criteria above.
